Description
Takes a while to make, but I think it is worth it. I make this with my own bolognese sauce (see here on Mydish) which really makes a difference to this lasagne recipe

To make the cream sauce:
Put milk, butter, and flour in a saucepan and heat gently whisking all the time and until the sauce simmers and thickens. Now cook for 10 mins.
Now sieve the sauce into a bowl, beat in the cream, season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Spread about a 1/4 of the bolognese sauce over the base of the dish cover with a quarter of the white sauce then arrange a single layer of pasta sheets over the top.
Repeat this process and complete the final layer with white sauce.
Cover the top with a good sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese and the lasagna is ready for the oven.
Now bake in a pre-heated oven 180 C (gas Mark 4 or 350F) for 30-35 mins.
