Description
Sometimes you need a sauce with BBQ meat. If I cook beef or chicken , I add this after cooking. Great served with a cous cous salad.
Method

Mix all the ingredients together and give them time for the recipes to mingle.
Cook the meat. Chicken or beef. Then once that's done chop is up and mix with the sauce letting the meat juices mingle too.
Serve with salad.
Chef's Tips
Just dead easy to do and really refreshing sauce for a hot day. Great if you don't have time to marinade.
