- 1 jar Tesco apple sauce
- 2 tblespoons Tesco onion relish
- 2 beef oxo cube (crumbled)

Trim fat off pork loin slices & arrange in casserole dish
Spread apple sauce & onion relish over top of pork
Crumble 2 oxo cubes over the top
Put lid on, insert in oven & cook at Gas mark 6 for 30-35 minutes
Serve with Tesco mashed potato & vegetables of choice
