Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
I always hated mussels until I went to Ireland with my sister Sandra this year. This is a tasty recipe which is wonderful served with some chunks of fresh bread.

1
Fly shallots and garlic in the butter until soft.
Add the mussels and the cream and white wine and season.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes until shells are open. (discard any that stay closed)
Remove mussels then strain the liquid to remove any grit. Reduce the liquid and add chives.
Pour over mussels and serve with chunks of fresh bread.
