- 4 Salmon Fillet skinned
- 4 tbsp Salad Cream
- 8 tbsp Grated Cheese
- 4 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 12 tbsp Fresh breadcrumbs
- to taste salt pepper
- 20 Grated pecans or walnuts

Rinse salmon & pat dry. Grill on one side.
Place on lightly oiled foil, grilled side down.
Brush over with salad cream.
Blitz together the pecans, parsley, breadcrumbs, cheese & seasoning. Press the mix into the salad cream.
Grill for 5 min or till crust is brown
