Garlic Potatoes

This recipe reminds me of my Grandmother who made the best garlic potatoes

   Peel and dice your potatoes into 2cm squares.
   Slice your garlic cloves and place them in the oil. Heat your oil and when the garlic starts to colour add the potatoes.
   If you don't want the oil to become very garlic remove it but for extra flavour leave the garlic in.
   Turn the potatoes from time to time and when they are gold and crunchy remove on to some kitchen paper to absorb some of the oil. Sprinkle some salt and serve immediately.
