Healthy version of chocolate pudding. Doesn't contain milk and sugar.

Combine water, cocoa, cornflour, maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or almonds.
