Description
Another Israeli favourite of mine - the salad, and also the avocado! Avocado fields dot the countryside....v healthy too, and a great superfood to eat for clear skin!

1) Cut avocado in half and scoop out the fruit / insides
2) Add the chopped eggs, onion, seasonings and lemon juice
3) Serve on lettuce
