Peel and chop all vegetables & add to a large saucepan. Add all other ingredients to the saucepan including the corned beef (cut into large cubes). Add enough water to cover all ingredients in the saucepan. Bring everything to a boil & then simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Serve.
Tip: if you want you can add chilli powder soy sauce etc.
