- 1 litre apricot or peach juice
- 1 tin apricots

place chicken in an ovenproof dish. Add the french onion soup and juice together and then add to the dish and cook on gas mark 5 for 1 hour. Add the tin of apricots and cook for a further 10 minutes until done. With this recipe you can either have mashed potatoes and vegetables or you can have long grain rice.
