Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

These are brilliant on the BBQ and can be cooked from frozen. They do nut use eggs or breadcrumbs so are relatively healthy.

Method

  1. 1

Place the mince in a large mixing bowl. Chop the onions, place in a blender and blitz to a paste. Add to the mince and mix well.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients until fully combined and you have a large ball of the burger mix.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and use a 3 inch ring to form the burgers. Place a quantity of the meet into the ring and form to shape with the back of a spoon. The burger should be 1 1/2 cms thick.

Cook over medium heat on the BBQ for 10 minutes on either side. Serve in a sesame seed bab with freshly sliced onion, tomato and lettuce with a good quality BBQ sauce.
