Description

Tomatoes are my favourite food in the World - I could eat them all day! Not only are they delicous but also packed with vitamins and nutrients.

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas 7

2. Cut the tomoatoes in half and place them cut side down in an ovenproof dish

3. Sprinkle with rock salt, olive oil and the basil

4. Put them in the preheated oven and immediately turn it off.

5. Leave the tomatoes in the oven overnight or for a day without opening the door.
