Description
Everyone I know loves this hot and easy chilli. Great for a party!
Method

1
1. Fry the oil and the mince in a large stock pot until the mince has browned.
2. Add all the other ingredients and stir.
3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for 2-3 hours. Stir every 20 mins and add water if it is looking too dry.
Chef's Tips
Just half the quantities for 6 persons but I tend to batch cook and freeze the rest. And for kids change the hot chilli for mild chilli and lose the cayenne pepper and jalepeno peppers. Its salt free anyway!
Serve with sour cream and grated cheese.
