1. Fry off mince until brown.
2. In a separate pan fry off your carrot, garlic, onion and bacon then add to the mince.
3. Add the tomatoes and wine then simmer for 30 minutes with lid on the pan.
4. Place the pan in the oven and cook for as long as possible but at least 1 hour.
5. Serve immediately with spaghetti.
