1. Fry the sausages to brown and set aside.
2. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes.
3. Add the beans, wine and tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
4. Slice the sausages and add to the pan with the sage leaves.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes
