- 12 oz sugar
- 9 oz cake meal
- 18 oz dark choc (melted)

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and softened choc. Add cake meal and then fold in stiffened egg whites. Bake in well greased 8 or 9 inch tin for about 1 hour at 350 F.
