Ingredients
- 7 oz plain flour
- 1 level tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarb soda
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 2 oz Clover or butter
- 1 egg
- splash milk
- 2-3 Ripe Mashed Bananas

My sister Jodie always say's how she's not very good at cooking, but this Banana Loaf say's otherwise!
Really Lovely and moist and perfect with a cup of tea!
Method

Pre heat the oven to 190 c
1.Sieve the flour, bicarb and baking powder together.
2.Rub in the clover/butter,caster sugar.
3.Add the mashed Bananas.
4.Beat in the egg and milk and mix together until combined.
5.Grease a cake/loaf tin and pour in mixture.
6.Place in oven for approx 1 hr or until a skewer comes out clean.
