Breakfast in A Pan: Campfire Recipes

The perfect breakfast is just a matter of timing. Save on washing up by cooking everything in a single pan.

   Preheat two medium-sized frying pans on a grill over the coals. Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
   Add the bacon, tomatoes and the whole mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes, until the bacon and sausages are cooked through.
   Blot off any excess fat with kitchen roll and then crack the eggs into the pans. Cover with foil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are just set.
   Serve with the crusty campfire bread and a mug of freshly brewed hot tea.
