This is very healthy - Cheese, eggs, milk and tomatoes - and filling too!

I made it for the first time at the weekend and the whole family is thrilled with it. The eggs alone are very filling -

The whole family loves this recipe - it is a firm favourite and we have been enjoying it for years.
