Ingredients
- 100ml Seven Tiki spiced rum
- 40ml Tio Pepe sherry
- 40ml Velvet Falernum (a sweet syrup containing flavours of almond, ginger and cloves)
- 60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 4 dashes angostura bitters
- Ting Grapefruit Soda (Lilt works too)
- chopped selection of tropical fruits (try kiwi and pineapple)

Shake all the ingredients apart from the fruit and the soda over ice.
Pour into a serving glass (anything that takes your fancy - our shell works well with the Tiki theme)
Top with the fresh tropical fruits and pour over the grapefruit soda. Add a couple of straws and serve.
