placed 3 rashers of bacon under a pre heated grill on a medium
setting, grill for about ten minutes turning after about five minutes, butter two slices of bread on ONE side only, place bacon on one of the slices with the buttered side facing upwards, cover with brown sauce to taste then place the other slice of bread on top with buttered side facing down. enjoy
I like the sound of this. Perhaps one to try the morning after the night before I think!
