Description
kids love to help make this, crushing the biscuits and breaking the chocolate into squares, you have to keep an eye on them when doing this, or you might loose a piece or two.

First you need to line the tin with cling film, leaving plenty overhanging. A square tin is best for this though you could use an oblong one.
Melt both chocolates, butter and syrup in a bowl over a pan of water, the water should be simmering and not touching the bowl.
When melted take off the heat and stir in the crushed biscuits and fruit, then the Maltesers.
Carefully pour the mix into the tin making sure that it is level. Now it needs to be chilled in the fridge for about 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
When ready to eat, take it out of the tin, remove cling film and cut into squares.
