Mondavi Woodbridge Shiraz

Robert Mondavi knew a thing or two about good wine and good food. He was a strong believer in the pleasure of dining with friends and family. In 1979 he founded the Woodbridge Winery with a vision to create delicious, smooth wines that enrich everyday experiences. The clean, fruit-driven, approachable wines of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi are the centrepiece of countless gatherings of family and friends. Buy this wine if you like: Full bodied wine with ripe red fruit and toasty oak character.

Description

Aromatic, bejewelled, packed with flavour.

Method

  1. 1

    1. Place the feta in the bottom of a large deep salad bowl and pour over the olive oil and lemon juice. Scatter the onion on top, separating out the strands.
    2. Next arrange the herb leaves in a layer, and then finally scatter over the pomegranate seeds. Cover with clingfilm and set aside in a cool place until ready to eat.
    3. Just before eating, toss the salad gently, turning it just a few times to avoid breaking up the feta.
