Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,ย from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Method

  1. 1

    1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain well and return to the saucepan.
    2. Meanwhile...place the salmon in a frying pan (with lid) pour over stock (hot) and poached for around 5 mins. Remove salmon and stock from pan and set aside.
    3. Add butter and melt in pan, add shallotts and cook for around 2-3 mins.
    4. Pour in stock and cream to pan, simmer for a few minutes. Add peas and black pepper (I like alot), Cook for 2-3 mins.
    5. Add the cream and pea mixure to the cooked pasta along with the chopped parsley and mint and stir. Add the salmon and stir gently.
    6. Serve and eat...yummy.

Chef's Tips

A nice glass of chilled white wine goes amazingly well and can be consumed whilst cooking!
