Melt the butter, syrup & chocolate in a bowl over a boiling pan of water.

Stir until smooth and remove the bowl from the heat.

Add the cornflakes and mix gently until the cornflakes are thoroughly covered in the chocolate mix.

Spoon into cases or into a tray and allow to cool before placing in the fridge to set.
