I just love chicken pakora
Method

Boil chicken fillets, leave to cool.

Cut chicken into biggish chunks or strips (your preference)

Place flour in bowl.

Add all ingrediants except water, mix well.

Add water gradually to form smooth thickish batter.

Add extra water if neccessary.

Heat oil.

Dip each chicken piece in batter.

Fry, a few at a time, till golden.
(I like to use rounded spoons not level).
Serve with chilli and mint sauce or pakora dip.
