peel and boil then mash potato gratte carrots and chop onions finely then fry both until softened fry the mince then add carrots onions and mince into large pie dish top with potatoes cook for 25 mins take outand grate cheese over the top to your own taste i like loads cook for anothe 15 mins then serve with your choice of sides
