- handfull spinach leaves washed
- handful iceberg lettuce. chopped. washed
- handfull rocket leaves (a mixture works well)
- 5 Cherry plum tomoatoes
- 5 black olives
- 100grams Chopped feta cheese
- ¼ Cubed cucumber bits
- 3 Slices Prosciutto. in small slices
- ½ Sliced red pepper
- handful sundried tomatoes.(jarred in oil)
- 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
- 1 tbsp vinaigrette

wash all the leaves and tear up a little, add in the remaining salad ingredients. Dizzel over th olive oil and vinaigrette to season.
