Boil and mash the potatoes.
Heat the fish in a frying pan with a small knob of butter until flaky.
Boil the peas.
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and mould into portion sizes, covering each one in golden breadcrumbs.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and lay the fishcakes on it. Lightly oil the fishcakes and bake in the oven at 200, turning once, for approx 30 mins.
