Ingredients
- 1kg new potatoes
- 6 spring onions
- 100ml mayonnaise
- 100ml sour cream
- 3 tbsp Chives

1. Cut potatoes in half and boil until tender.
2. Chope chives and spring onion finely, mix with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Drain potatoes and add to sauce whilst still hot.
4 Season to taste.
