250g pack ricotta
150g hot smoked salmon, skinned and flaked
100g smoked salmon, torn into strips
small bunch dill, roughly chopped
300g linguine
1 lemon, zest and juice, plus wedges to serve

1. Cook the pasta according to packet. Drain quickly and return to the pan with 3-4tbsp of the cooking water.
2. Stir the ricotta into the pasta, then fold in the remaining ingredients, season well and serve.
