Chef's Tips
Tip 1.
You can use any fruits of course, best when fruit is already frozen. Also, delicious with Mango.
Tip 2. The mixing while freezing is necessary to prevent the yogurt from splitting and ice crystals to develop, this guarantees a smooth, creamy frozen yogurt.
Thank you for pointing that out to me, you don't really need it, depends how sweet/sharp the raspberries are. I will take it out the Description. Again many thanks for letting me know.
Your Method mentions lemon curd which is not listed in your ingredients. Silly question, but is this a mistake or do you actually need to use lemon curd?
