This is my sisters fantastic, cheap easy chilli. can be spiced up with chorizo or pepperoni if you fancy. Serves 4-6 easily, or 2, 2 meals..always better on day two!

Chop garlic, onion and celery, and soften, throw everything else in adding enough stock to make sure it doesnt stick when simmering. Leave to simmer for approx 1/2 hour. Can be changed to a curry, just substitute curry powder, some cumin and coriander for the chilli mix.
