Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

The flavour and fragrance of fresh herbs with the convenience of dried.

Method

  1. 1

Take any fresh herb(s) of your choice and cut to individual stems. If you're buying from the supermarket, packeted herbs are fine. Put the herbs in a sandwich bag and place in the freezer whole overnight. This ensures that you don't loose any of the flavour on your chopping board or in your food processor.

Remove from the freezer, and break the herbs up into 'chopped' size pieces. Fill the ice cube tray with the herbs, adding a spoonful of water to each cube, and return to the freezer.

Experiment with the quantities you put into each cube so that one cube is enough for your recipes.
