- 1 glass milk (any kind)
- 2 glasses flour (plain)
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass Water
- pinch salt
- 500g mascarpone
- 5 spoons soured cream
- 2 spoons lemon zest
- 4 spoons sugar

1.In a bowl, mix eggs with milk, water and flour. add salt and mix it until thick and creamy.
2.Heat the pan and make pancakes.
3.Mix cheese with soured cream, lemon zest and sugar. If you think it is necessary add more sugar.
4.Spread some cheese on pancakes, roll it on or mare triangles.
5. To add more fun, add whipped cream and decorate with fruits. Yummy!!!!
