1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3, 325f/170c.
2. Cream the butter, sugar and Vanilla essence until light and fluffy.Add the flour.
3. Using a large star piping nozzel, pipe into ovals, measuring 2 inches by 1 inch on a baking sheet lined with the parchment.
4. Bake for about 20 mins in pre-heated oven.
