This makes a change from plain salmon, it gives It a new twist but simple to do.

Lay the salmon fillets in baking dish, spread with a little tartara sauce, mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread the mixture on to the salmon and cook for 15-20mins untill salmon is cooked and the crumb mixture is crispy.
