1. Place rashers of bacon in a george foreman lean mean grilling machine until crisp.
2. Crack 1 egg in a frying pan and cook both sides.
3. Get a piece of bread put the bacon and then egg add ketchup, put the other piece of bread on top then cut sandwich in half put on plate and then eat.
