- 1 ½ teasp Salt
- 1 Tablesp Sugar
- 2 Tablesp Sunflower oil
- 3 Tablesp Vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove large
- 1 Onion small
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 ½ English Cucumber
- few drops Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend roughly.
Serve ice cold with chopped spring onion, green pepper & cucumber
