Mix beef .onion,egg,salt & pepper together devide into 6 flatten in palm of hand.
Add piece of cheese to beef mixture folding beef round the cheese and flatern to make burger shape.
Roll in flour and griddle for 3-4 min each side taking care not turn the burger until it is firm to stop it from breaking.
Serve with homemade chips or potatoe wedges in a floured bread roll or on its own
