300ml passionfruit juice or mango juice (i used a passionfruit/mango smoothie from supermarket fresh juices section)
2 tbsp runny honey
salt and pepper

Description

So easy to make in the slow cooker or if you don't have a slow cooker it can be put in oven too, but it tastes so much better using the slow cooker.

Method

Put all ingredients into slow cooker (or casserole dish).

Cook for about 4 hours on low or in the oven for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours at about 150°C.

Serve with either salad, potatoes or rice.
