- 2 Cartons Tomato Juice
- Dash Tobasco Sauce
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Caster Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper seeded
- 1½ Cucumber
- To Taste Salt and Pepper

2. Refrigerate until required.
