- 2 slices Toast hot buttered
- 2 Sausages cooked & sliced
- 1 tablespoon Apple chutney
- 3 oz Sage Derby Cheese grated
- to garnish Paprika

Core, slice and dip the apple into the lemon juice. Arrange on the toast and place the sausage on top. Spread a little chutney over the sausage and sprinkle the cheese on top. Grill until the cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle paprika to garnish.
Serve hot.
I'm so intrigued about how this will taste I may have to test it on my wife before I eat it myself!!!
