Description
This is a quick and easy dish to make, if you have a vegetarian in the family. I make it to go with Salmon/Leek Pasta - but make plenty as us meat-eaters like it too!

I suggest you use steaming bags for veg as it is so easy, but you can, of course, boil the veg instead.
Put Courgettes into large steaming bag with butter & sliced garlic.
Put Brocolli in another steaming bag.
Cook both bags separately in microwave for 3 mins each. Shake both bags to separate and put to one side (still in bags to keep hot).
Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, drain & put back into pan.
Add Stock, Cream and half the Cheese, bring to boil.
Add Courgettes & Brocolli
Season to tase & put into a warmed dish.
Serve with Crusty Bread and Rest of Cheese
