Use a sandwich toaster for truly delicious sensational results!!!
Coat the outside of 2 pieces of the bread in the olive oil
place 1 piece of bread on the bottom self of sandwich toaster with the oiled side facing outwards resting on the toaster (the bread will burn if the it isn't oiled well enough)
load on filling ingredients in the following order:
2 slices corned beef
2 Swiss cheese
1/2 red Leicester cheese
1/2 sauerkraut
sliced gerkin
1/2 russian dressing
1/2 horseradish
un-oiled piece of bread
2 slices corned beef
1/2 red Leicester cheese
1/2 sauerkraut
1/2 Russian dressing
1/2 horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
place second oiled piece of bread on top of the ingredients to make a sandwich, but with the oil on the outside of the bread in contact with the metal sandwich toaster.
Close sandwich toaster lid and wait 5-10 mins.
Enjoy!!! :p
Chef's Tips
Load the sandwich packed with filling for a bigger snack, you'll not regret it! ,)
You can prepare this sandwich using conventional sandwich toasters as well, its exactly the same method, but the traditional sandwich toaster beats them all for taste I'm afraid!
