1. heat oven to 220c/200 fan/ gas 7.Wrap a rasher of bacon around each sausage.Heat the oil in a flame proff roasting tin on the hob,put the sausages in and brown them all over place in oven and roast for 20mins
2.toss in the aple wedges and roast every thing for another 10 mins,until the sausages are cooked and the apples are sticky and caramelised. Great with some mashed potatoes
