Chef's Tips
- This bread is delicious toasted with a drop of honey.
- Note that the ascorbic acid reduces the proving time and will add extra vitimin C to your diet.
Is the flour used strong bread flour or ordinary plain flour?
This looks absolutely delicious - my sort of bread, full of flavour and healthy too, so you don't feel too guilty when eating the whole loaf... Will definitely try making this and let you know how it came out. Bet is smells good too
