Good night time/lunch time snack. My cousin made it for me. it makes you feel full as intended. I dedicate it to my grandad as it was at his funeral that i had my first cheesey dre

crack open eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Dip both slices of bread into the bowl until it is completely soaked in the whisked egg.
Place the bread on a hot frying pan. Turn the bread over after a minute and allow to cook.
When both sides have been cooked place the grated cheese onto 1 slice of your eggy bread. Place your other slice of bread on top of the other one so that the cheese is in the middle of both slices.
Allow the cheese to melt.
Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate. Slice in two.
Add a sprinkle of sugar to the top of cheesey dream slices (optional).
Your cheesey dreams are now ready to eat.
