- ½ pint double cream
- 8 egg yolks
- 8 tbsp runny honey
- 8 tbsp brandy

This was a recipe given to me by Grandma, it's quick and easy to make and is so more-ish.
Method

1) Beat the double cream until stiff
2) Add the egg yolks
3) Add runny honey
4) Add brandy
5) Mix well
6) Put into a container and freeze.
