Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

I absolutely LOVE hummus, and my love for hummus grew even stronger when I moved to Israel..go to Shuk Ha'Carmel in Tel Aviv, for some of the best!

Method

  1. 1

    1) Place all of the ingredients in a food processor / blender, and mix until the chick peas are smooth

    2) Refrigerate the hummus in a covered container

    3) Serve well chilled, with the chooped parsley on top, for garnish, and a dash of olive oil, if you fancy. If you desire, reserve 1/4 cup of the canned / drained chick peas (unmashed) and also sprinkle these on top for added effect and taste

    4) Serve with warm pitta bread - and now you have some truly Israeli hummus!

NB: If you like, you can allso add more garlic to taste

Hi AnnaR1 - This looks great! I had a question - I've seen tahini pasta, but wondered what the difference is between tahina and tahini pasta? Where can I buy it?
Thanks!
